Age Requirement Policy

All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older.Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. We recommenduse of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. Winewill not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person. Failure toproduce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipmentuntil identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order maybe held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company untilappropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back tothe winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and becharged to the customer. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Expect orders placedafter business hours to take two days for processing. FedEx Overnightorders placed during business hours on Friday will arrive the followingMonday.
