DATE OF BIRTH & AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY
Please input the date in which you were born, as stated on your birth certificate. All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Many states now require that winery's submit detailed reports of all wine shipments, including the date of birth of the purchaser, thus we must collect this information from our customers.
Intentional nondisclosure, concealment, misrepresentation, or falsification of your Date of Birth is considered a felony and can be persecuted to the full extent of the law. By completing an order on this site, you agree that you meet these requirements and can provide proof of age via birth certificate, driver's license, or government issued identification.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order maybe held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company untilappropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back tothe winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and becharged to the customer.
